“Unprepared good guys finish last.”
Did you know:
- 2 Million Americans each year are victims of workplace violence of some sort
- 1,000 Americans are killed in the workplace each year
- Over 2,000 child abductions are reported each year and abductions by strangers are a minority of these abductions.
Unfortunately the statistics are only getting worse.
I had the good fortune to meet Nick Spencer through Noah’s Ride. It was the outing to Frontier Justice with the car group and time in the simulator experiencing school and workplace violence situations that prompted this interview.
Nick is the founder and president of Keep Them S.A.F.E., an anti-abduction course for children. Nick is also a lead instructor and project manager for Strategos International, a global training, security and protection firm.
After spending 20 years in the military, police and security industry, Nick knows what it takes to protect and secure the things you treasure most. In this episode, he shares his entrepreneurial journey along with insights and tips everyone can apply to stay SAFE.

One of my biggest ah ha’s (and there were many) was Nick sharing the power of ‘if then’ thinking. You don’t have to be a superhero to make a difference in your own life or those around you. You do not choose to be a victim, but you DO choose NOT to be a helpless victim. This is a must listen to interview!
