Business Coaching and Strategy Sessions
Clients will tell you I’ve been their executive coach, networking coach, life coach, speaking coach, business strategist, and accountability partner just to name a few. My training in The Pacific Institute’s performance mindset curriculum and lessons learned while building my own business have given me a unique perspective and skill set to work with clients ranging from solopreneurs to CEO’s of mid-sized companies.
Rather than selling you canned services from a menu, coaching is designed around your goals. If you like menus, that’s cool – I know a great deli. But if you’re looking for coaching tailored to your business, that’s my specialty.
Here are just a few examples of the type of one-to-one work I help my business coaching clients with:
- Find the gaps and sticking points in your current business strategy.
- Position your personal brand and business to stand apart in your market.
- Create referral partnerships and strengthen client relationships to shorten sales cycles.
- Develop a thought leadership plan to increase your visibility and credibility on the right social platforms.
- Push through the mental comfort zones standing between you and your next accomplishment.
- Choose the best technology tools, from CRM’s to marketing funnels and social research platforms
- Done for you services so you can focus your time and expertise on what generates the best ROI.
We will walk away from a session with action items to accomplish. Yes, I do work for you behind the scenes too. And if you’re in need of additional resources, I’m happy to make introductions through my network both locally and online too.
From the first moment I saw Joyce speak at an event, I knew there was something electric about her. Her content is fresh and relevant to darn near any business. Joyce has an amazing talent to show you how to position yourself as an authority and approach business development in a new light along with sharing teeny little tweaks you can make to your mindset, all of which will enable your business to blast off to the next level. As a former coaching client of hers, I highly encourage you to work with Joyce and watch your business soar!Jill Underwood

I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from Joyce. She is a remarkable coach who really cares, puts effort in connecting and really responding to your needs. It is easy to feel stuck when you work as a sole entrepreneur, however, she gave me feedback and made suggestions and gave me new ideas taking me out of my comfort zone moving me to the next stage(s) of my career development.Jennifer Niehouse
If you’re in any kind of a business development or relationship development role, building and leveraging your network of meaningful relationships is key. Even if you’re not selling a product or service, you have to sell yourself. Being strategic about how you approach your work and relationships is where group coaching can help.
Every organization has its own challenges, goals (and sometimes compliance requirements) so a cookie cutter approach to group coaching doesn’t work. Contact me today to discuss your company’s specific leadership or executive coaching needs.
And if you’re just in need of a workshop, we’ve got you covered there too. You can find more information on those topics here.
